Senior Thesis Documentary: Naya Rivera

Just wanted to take a second to say thanks for all of the follows and reblogs. I am definitely moving forward with this project 100% but unfortunately preproduction is uninteresting and takes a fair amount of time. That said, I will post updates when I have them including calls for submissions and other ways to participate if you are interested. Thanks so much for your interest and I’ll check back soon!

For my senior thesis film next year I am considering doing a short documentary on Naya Rivera and the impact of Santana and her story line on the LGBT community as well as the general public. I am currently in the very early stages of developing this project but am very excited about getting things going and ready to produce in the fall. The piece is intended to function not only as a bullet point for changing equality in media but also as a bit of a thank you to Naya for all that she’s done. As things progress I will post more details here including calls for possible participation as this will definitely include fan interviews. I encourage anyone who would be interested in either seeing or participating in this project to follow this page to keep up on all the happenings. Thanks!
